The service
TrainOS is a directory of freelance corporate trainers. We do not verify, vet, employ, endorse, or introduce any trainer or company. All information on trainer profiles is self-declared by the trainer. Companies contact trainers directly.
Accounts
- You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret.
- One account per person or company. No sharing passes.
Trainer listings
- You confirm the information on your profile is true and current.
- You own or have the right to upload every file and photo you provide.
- The listing fee and monthly subscription are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may pause or remove profiles that are misleading, offensive, or subject to a credible report.
Company passes
- Passes grant one company view-and-contact access to the directory for the stated period.
- Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
- You will not scrape, resell, or bulk-export trainer contact details.
No warranty
Trainer skills, certifications, availability, and pricing are self-declared. TrainOS makes no warranty about any trainer or the outcome of any engagement. Any contract you enter with a trainer is strictly between you and them.
Prohibited use
- No spam, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.
- No misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or company.
- No attempts to bypass access gates or scrape the directory.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice.
