What we don't do
We don't take a cut of your work. We don't chat on your behalf. We don't verify credentials. We don't hold your money. Everything after the introduction — scoping, pricing, contracts, delivery, payment — happens between you and the other party.
Why we exist
Traditional training marketplaces are slow, expensive, and stand between trainers and the companies that need them. TrainOS keeps the relationship direct: trainers keep 100% of their fees, companies get honest access to a global roster, and both sides skip the noise.
